You cannot help it. You cannot always live in the present moment or imagine for future. There are times when you will remember and regret because you remember goodness from others, and this causes you to confront your own ugliness, which you will accept. This is suffering. Nevertheless, keep remembering goodness and Amor. Blaming and judging, lying does not help the remembering. Be grateful for goodness, which is a blessing from God.

Jesus was able to suffer and sacrifice with love in his heart. He hurt, too—“My God, why have you forsaken me!” Yet, he also had mercy: “Forgive them, for they know not what they do.” And the last words of ultimate Amor: “It is finished.”

Mission Accomplishment is Always in All Ways All Amor Eterno.
