Yesterday, Saturday, October 16, 2021, at La Raza Parque in the San Fran Mision, we celebrated life, shared food, listened to live Latin Rock and Funk by Malo and Bandido, and received the gift of 80 Bone Marrow match volunteers to help save Marco from the most aggressive form of leukemia.
Yes, 80 Loved Ones and Perfect Stranger Loved Ones volunteered to save our Brother’s life! We are humbled by the community’s amor. This is what authentic community development is all about—real people, real lives, sharing all of everything we have, which is life itself.
Community development is familia.
Suffering does not destroy us, but is simply an opportunity for mas amor.
